These terms govern use of vcivik.ai and purchases from Vcivik. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when Vcivik confirms and processes it. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, shipping restriction, or another lawful reason. Paid cancelled orders will be refunded as applicable.

Prices, taxes, and import charges

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout when available. International customers may be responsible for import duties or local charges as described in the Shipping Policy.

Acceptable use

Vcivik branding, content, graphics, product imagery, video, text, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Vcivik and may not be commercially reproduced without authorization except where permitted by law.

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, logistics, analytics, advertising, and support services, which may have additional terms and privacy notices.

Warranty and liability

Any express product warranty is described on the product or warranty page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
