Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, complete, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@vcivik.ai with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for authorization and the correct return address.
3. Pack the product with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
4. Use a tracked shipping method and retain the receipt.

Do not send a return without authorization.

Return shipping

Customers pay tracked return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Vcivik covers reasonable authorized return-shipping costs where a return is required.

Refund timing

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and accessories. Include clear photos or video so the issue can be assessed.
