Vcivik Purchase Care
A straightforward return process.
Review these steps before returning a Vcivik product. All requests remain subject to the formal Refund Policy.
Submit a request within the applicable return period and include your order number.
Wait for authorization and the correct return address before shipping.
Include the device, accessories, manuals, and original packaging as required.
Eligible refunds are processed after the item is received and reviewed.
Return eligibility
The store currently provides a 30-day return window after delivery. To qualify, the product generally must be unused, complete, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Do not send a product back without first contacting Vcivik.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect the shipment promptly. Keep the carton, label, protective materials, accessories, and product. Include clear photos or a short video so the issue can be assessed.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The customer’s bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
Before sending a return
- Back up personal content where applicable.
- Sign out of connected accounts and remove personal data when possible.
- Include every accessory and component received.
- Use protective packaging suitable for electronics.
- Retain the shipping receipt and return tracking number.
