Your shipping confirmation email contains the carrier and tracking link when tracking is available.
How to locate tracking
- Open the shipping confirmation sent to the email used at checkout.
- Select the tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the carrier’s first scan.
No tracking email yet
Your order may still be processing. Check spam and promotions folders. Tracking is sent after dispatch, not immediately after purchase.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier events are not always recorded in real time. Allow additional time after label creation, weekends, holidays, customs processing, or transfer between delivery partners.
Marked delivered, but not found
Check the delivery location, household members, reception desk, mailroom, safe-place photo, and nearby neighbors. Then contact the carrier promptly.
