Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when available. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s first scan.
Customs and import fees
Unless expressly collected at checkout, destination-country duties, VAT, taxes, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
